Overview

The look and feel of the main menu page of a project can be specified using this part of the advanced project settings.

Menu logo position

Allows you to position the logo in a specific place on the menu screen.

Values should be in pixel (px). Example:

top: 0 left: 0 width: 100 height: 50

Menu logo alt text The text which will appear when the learner rolls the mouse over the logo on the menu. It will also be used by screen readers. X
Menu background image
  • Image
  • Colour
  • Opacity
The image which will appear behind the main menu:
  • Image: Select from an uploaded project image using the Browse button to launch the asset browser.
  • Colour: Describes the background colour of the element. Can be a hex reference e.g. #FFFFFF or a colour name e.g. white
  • Opacity: Value from 0 to 1, where 1 is fully opaque and 0 fully transparent e.g. 0.5.

Font settings for a menu item. Available settings:
  • Size: The size in px of the text, e.g., 12
  • Weight: Sets the weight (or boldness) of the font. Values can be: normal, bold, bolder, lighter or an integer between 0-900
  • Colour: This property describes the foreground colour of an element's text content. This can be a hex reference e.g. #FFFFFF or a colour name e.g. white

Allows you to position the entire menu at a specific place on screen:

Determines if the main menu will always be available on the left hand side of the screen when the project is pubslished for a mobile tablet device. X ?

Topic locking is switched learners have to finish the topic before they are allowed to progress. X
