If you have a Small Team or Enterprise subscription, Gomo supports a number of user roles for team collaboration.

  • Administrator – Administrative access to the entire gomo portal. 
  • Editor – Editors can edit content within projects they are assigned access to 
  • Reviewer – can review and/or test the learning they are assigned access to  

These levels have been designed around the standard course flow, allowing people to review and edit at the same time. You can run multiple projects simultaneously within the portal, picking and choosing which users have access to which courses.
