If a Learner forgets their password then they can reset this via the Forgotten password? option on Gomo Central login screen. The following steps detail this process;
1. Select Forgotten password?
2. Type in your email and select "Request password reset link". This will send an email to your email address with the reset link
3. Open the email and select reset link
4. This will open the Gomo Password reset screen. 
5. Ensure the password meets the advised criteria & select Confirm
6. You will then be able to log back into Gomo Central with your new password
